Accounting VA Mentor | Property Management Specialist

Dean Grace is a seasoned Accounting Specialist almost 10 years of experience in financial operations, property management, and accounting systems. She has worked with major property management companies across the U.S., including PMI Alliance, West Financials, and Associa.

Her expertise spans across platforms like QuickBooks, Rentvine, AppFolio, CINC Systems, and Strongroom — and she’s worked hands-on with ERP invoicing, lease management, client accounting, and real estate financial reporting.

Today, Dean Grace shares her knowledge as the lead mentor of our Accounting VA track, making financial systems practical and beginner-friendly for aspiring VAs who want to serve real clients with real confidence.

Go High Level Specialist | Online Business Manager

Dancie began her freelancing journey in 2020 and spent almost 5 years with Clarity Home Loans, growing from Administrative VA to Mortgage Loan Processor, Loan Officer Assistant, and eventually Online Business Manager. She now works at RAD Mortgage, a white-label agency, as a Go High Level Support Specialist, where she helps clients streamline their systems and solve CRM-related challenges daily.

Though she didn’t complete her degree, she continues to pursue growth as a BYU-Pathway student in Applied Business Management. Over time, she discovered her passion and niche in Go High Level — a platform that combines her love for systems, marketing, and automation.

This is her first time stepping into the role of mentor, and she’s doing it with the same heart that built her career: to guide others who want to start, grow, and thrive — even without the “perfect” background.

4. Do I need experience to join?

Not at all! This course is designed for complete beginners. Whether you’re a full-time parent, a student, or someone exploring new opportunities — we’ll walk you through every step.

5. What if I’m not sure which skill track to choose yet?

That’s okay! Freelancing 101 is designed to help you decide which path fits your interests best. You’ll learn what each track offers so you can choose confidently.

6. How long is the course?

Freelancing 101 is a 1–2 hour session. The full skill tracks (GHL or Accounting) are self-paced with pre-recorded lessons. You’ll also get weekly support check-ins for 4 weeks.
You can learn at your own pace.

6. Will this guarantee I get a client?

We won’t promise magic — because success will always depend on your action. But we will equip you with the tools, skills, and support you need to confidently apply, pitch yourself, and stand out.
